Living in the Northwest
I’ve lived in the Pacific Northwest since 1996, currently in the Phinney Ridge, and previously in the Green Lake and Wallingford neighborhoods of Seattle. I decided to become a full-time real estate agent years ago because I’m passionate about finding high-quality properties at a good price for individuals and families who are interested in making Seattle their home too.
Giving back to the community
I enjoy giving back to the community, as a member of a number of local non-profit and community organizations. I can offer you a unique and informed perspective through my history of being involved with several neighborhoods as a resident and active community member.
The environment and sustainability
The environment and sustainability are important to me. In addition to being a certified as an Earth Advantage green broker, I volunteer my time and donate a percentage of my commission to a number of local community organizations.
I’ve been active with a number of community efforts, including supporting small business development in Seattle neighborhoods, promoting mass transit options, protecting Seattle area natural resources, and helping to promote mass transit options as a former legislative aide for the city and county.
Other passions in life
And like my fellow Seattle-ites, my passions extend beyond my “day job” to help keep Seattle the rich and vibrant place we all love. I enjoy traveling, exploring the ever-expanding list of Seattle area restaurants, brewing my own homebrew beer, and gardening. I balance this rich city life with a healthy schedule of various sports and/or outdoor activities including hiking and bicycling, and playing ultimate frisbee and soccer.
